After today’s update of my SpringSource Tool Suite from version 2.0.0 to 2.0.2 I found, that projects in my old workspace are missing SVN information. This problem was caused by missing SVN repositories information and when the Eclipse was started without it, projects were evaluated as some ordinary projects.
The solution is simple:
Close all projects
Delete them from workspace (DO NOT DELETE CONTENT FROM DISK
Import them again.
Select Team -> Share Project a choose your favourite version control system.
Next time, I will make upgrade of my Eclipse only using the Update Center
